When it arrives
Small pieces such as lamps and planters leave within two working days. Larger pieces arrive in 3 to 5 working days: we text you to choose a day, carry the piece to the room you want and take the packaging away.

The 100-night trial
Live with any sofa or chair for 100 nights. If it isn't the one, tell us and we collect it for free and refund you in full.
Something wrong?
If a piece arrives damaged, send us a photo within seven days and we repair or replace it. Every frame carries a ten-year warranty.
